Fujifilm could be about to launch a cheaper X-series compact system camera, known as the Fujifilm X-A1.
Leaked by a Czech photo website, the details revealed include a press release, as well as a couple of authentic-looking product shots, making it difficult to call this leak into question.
There's been no official word from Fujifilm on the X-A1, which looks very much like the recently-launched X-M1.
The design sees the same sort of compact styling as the X-M1 on the exterior, but rather than the APS-C X Trans CMOS sensor inside, it has a more conventional APS-C CMOS EXR sensor instead.
That sets the Fujifilm X-A1 up as a rival for something like the Sony NEX-3, Panasonic Lumix GF or Olympus Pen cameras.
There's no official word from Fujifilm on this new model, but the evidence seems pretty convincing.
